Terms & Conditions

Following are the guidelines:

  1. For customized items, the return will be possible only if it damages during the journey or the customer does not receive, what he/she demanded. Customized products are non-refundable, once the order is placed.
  2. A customer cannot return the purchased item once it is delivered. But if the product received is genuinely faulty, our team will replace the item or customer will be refunded a certain amount of the purchase. The product refund time is one month but usually, it takes approximately 5-6 working days. The time period depends upon the level of investigation involve for each case.
  3. For perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates and fruits, Hadya will deliver fresh products. However, if the recipient is unavailable, first the sender and then the recipient will be contacted. If the recipient is still unavailable, then refund will not be entertained. 
  4. Order received with incomplete or incorrect information will not be processed. Hadya does not accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.
  5. If the destination/city selected on the website is different than the actual shipping city/address; Hadya will not accept any responsibility for non-delivery, without refund.
  6. Orders time period of delivery would start once payment is received not on the basis of the time when the order is placed.
  7. Any order pending due to an incorrect address, phone number not responding or consignee being unavailable will be considered as a closed case, without refund.
  8. If a customer Logs in, make an account and save any information on the web, he/she would be treated as completely agree with our all terms of use and conditions.
  9. Hadya does not book or send anonymous gifts. We require the names of the sender and the receiver. Anonymous messages are also not entertained.
  10. Products may vary slightly in appearance from pictures displayed on the website, especially in case of products with assorted designs/ colors. 
  11. Flowers and flower arrangements may vary slightly in terms of color and the types of flowers used, as per regional and seasonal availability.
  12. Hadya reserves the right to offer substitute products in case of unavailability.
  13.  Message given by sender instructions will be typed on the gift card exactly as provided, including names and spellings.
  14. For deliveries in hospitals and academic institutions, please provide an alternate number along with the actual number of the receiver.
  15. For perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates and fruits, Hadya will deliver fresh products. However, if the recipient is unavailable, first the sender and then the recipient will be contacted. If the recipient is still unavailable, then refund will not be entertained. 
  16. If the recipient agrees to pick up order later, Hadya will not be responsible for the freshness of the product..
  17. If the stock of any product ends after order placement then a customer would be refunded product's respective amount as per our refund policy.
  18. Any complaint regarding the “taste” of the eatables which is based on personal likes or dislikes, will not be entertained unless the product is rotten.
  19. Order once placed cannot be refunded before delivery.
  20. Hadya reserves all the rights to cancel any order.
  21. Hadya reserve all rights to cancel, process or refund any order that has availed discounts other than what has been allowed.
  22. A Customer can lodge a complaint within 4-5 days of product delivery. Any refund or purchase after 4-5 days of delivery would not be entertained.
  23. If the product received is either rotten or damaged, you can reach us through our contact number or email us at info@hadya.pk with relevant details such as your name and order ID. The time frame to complaint about such products is 4 hours otherwise no refund will be possible
